Mike Molteni has been working in the pool industry for several years. During that time he's worked on hundreds of pools, building a strong rapport with customers. Mike began working with pools during his the summers he spent home from college. He realized it was a perfect fit. He loved being outside, meeting new people and receiving their loyalty in return. "It's not about the money for me. It's the service. The service is what matters,". After working for other people, Mike had acquired a wealth of knowledge relating to how to handle customers and the technical side of working with pools. When he'd absorbed all he could, he realized his chance to branch out on his own, building a loyal base of customers for Cabana Pool Service, in Winnipeg, Manitoba. The love for the job is something that flows through the Molteni blood. Nine-year old Brenden likes working on pools as much as his Daddy. "He's my little helper," says Mike, who hopes his son will take over the business one day.
